I work personally with a small number of clients in one-on-one sessions. These combine The Guiding Star System with optional integrative hypnotherapy.

The Fundamental Principles that I adopt as a foundation for my services and decision making at all times:
The purpose of our sessions is to help you reach a greater understanding of your true self, and to live life in an authentic way. In this unique process, your connection with true self is explored and likely strengthened. In doing this work, it is likely to create change within you, which will create change in your outside world. This includes relationships with those that are currently in your life. This process can improve your sense of balance and wholeness within, but it may upset the equilibrium in yourself and your life, generating change. It may lead to changes in life perspectives and decisions. Change of any kind can be challenging and potentially a cause of distress, particularly whilst moving through it. This is all a part of the process of your own healing, evolution, and ascension, and a process that you learn to trust in. In doing so, you are reaching greater states of wholeness, purpose, and meaning, as your authentic true self.

To begin your journey, I always recommend getting a physical copy of the book, and working through it at your own pace. This will allow you to get to know the teachings and ethos of The Guiding Star System, and also a about me. If this is something that you connect with, and are seeking further guidance, you can then look to the online course, or to personal session with myself. I do offer some one-on-one sessions, to a limited number at a time, as I find I give the best guidance and energy this way. It is a pre-requisite that you have read the book before starting this, as this will save a lot of time.
Yes I do! Sessions are mainly online, and they work brilliantly. There may also be the opportunity to work in person too.
