I offer the safe space and guidance to people who are seeking more from their life, to reconnect with their true self and soul, so they can get the clarity they seek to create the life they desire, and be in their unique wholeness.
I work personally with a small number of clients in one-on-one Guiding Star System sessions combined with optional integrative spiritual hypnotherapy. I only work personally with a maximum of 5 people, so I can offer the best of myself in this guidance process.

The purpose of our sessions is to help you reach a greater understanding of your true self, and to live life in an authentic way. In this unique process, your connection with true self is explored and likely strengthened. In doing this work, it is likely to create change within you, which will create change in your outside world. This includes relationships with those that are currently in your life. This process can improve your sense of balance and wholeness within, but it may upset the equilibrium in yourself and your life, generating change. It may lead to changes in life perspectives and decisions. Change of any kind can be challenging and potentially a cause of distress, particularly whilst moving through it. This is all a part of the process of your own healing, evolution, and ascension, and a process that you learn to trust in. In doing so, you are reaching greater states of wholeness, purpose, and meaning, as your authentic true self.
